My house is pier and beam and all my duct work runs under my house. When one of my air ducts was damaged, I called two different air conditioner companies and was told that they didn't crawl under houses. They flat out refused to even come look.

I called Bill's Air, and they made an appointment for the next day. The gentleman arrived at my house early, within the time they told me, and went right under the house to look over the duct work. He gave me his assessment of the problem and together we decided the best way to fix the problem. Very polite, very professional!

I'm very impressed by this company and how professional they were.

I think this last time, our A/C quit working, so after hosing all the dog hair out of the outdoor compressor and testing various parts, he discovered it was a very inexpensive part that needed replacing, and I think he had one on the truck. Very happy with the outcome. One winter, we were having some kind of problem with the heater, something with the switch. (Maybe we couldn't get the heater to turn off or to turn on; can't remember). Anyway, Willie came out and worked on it, but we still had problems. So, late in the evening, we called Willie, who proceeded to coach my husband over the phone, one step at a time, on what he needed to do. It worked, and he didn't charge us. We were so thrilled, we sent him a gift card! I would highly recommend this company and keep his number in my cell phone, just in case. Thanks, Willie!

I Love This Company! I Met Bill's Son, Willie, When We Wanted Someone To Service Our A/C And Heat Without Having To Sign A Contract, Like Every Other Company In Shreveport Requires. We Used To Use Another Popular Company In Town, But I Couldn't See The Point Of Paying For A Contract, A House Call, And Labor, All At One Time. Over The Last Five Years (I'm Guessing), He's Been Out About Five Times. He's Always Fair On His Prices And Always Sincere.

A+ job from this company! They were very friendly and professional. Felt very comfortable letting them into my home. Did the replacement in one day and even when some extra labor came up, they stuck by their quote. Cleaned up after themselves, you would never have known they were there.
